He got antibiotics, steroids and another inhaler. He even went back to school today. I'm so relieved!
Daddy was awake today and granddaddy was in a better mood when grandmama and I visited the nursing home today. That was a big plus. When we got in his room, I did find that he had ripped down his pictures. I think it was done in a tantrum. It's just something to be expected. I put the pictures back up at his request. There were signs that he may get aggressive but I was able to keep him distracted long enough for us to visit and leave.
I finally finished my daughter's new drawstring backpack this evening. She seemed to be right excited about it. I'm just wondering how long it will last. It's not like 13 yr old take care of things very well for the most part. It's black silky-feeling material with a heavy lace overlay. Here is her new one:

The purple one is made of more durable fabric. It was fabric I had left over from making chair pockets for my oldest son's class 2 yrs ago.
